Farm and Fiddle is the radio program that explores and celebrates rural life. We are the world's oldest radio program focusing on sustainable agriculture and local food systems, having started in 1999. We air live on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. central time from community radio station KOPN 89.5 fm in Columbia, MIssouri and internationally on kopn.org. Our programs cover a variety of issues, from the incursion of factory farms, the poisons spread by factory farms, and the culture of the rural community. We also interview farmers and consumers who are challenging the system, using organic and regenerative methods to bring local agriculture back to communities.
